1 If any of you has a grievance against another, how dare he go to law before the unrighteous instead of before the saints!
2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases?
3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!
4 So if you need to settle everyday matters, do you appoint as judges those of no standing in the church?
5 I say this to your shame. Is there really not even one among you wise enough to arbitrate between his brothers?
6 Instead, one brother goes to law against another, and this in front of unbelievers!
7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means that you are thoroughly defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?
8 Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, even against your own brothers!
9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts,
10 nor the covetous, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.
11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified, in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
12 “Everything is permissible for me,” but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is permissible for me,” but I will not be mastered by anything.
13 “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food,” but God will destroy them both. The body is not intended for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
14 By His power God raised the Lord from the dead, and He will raise us also.
15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!
16 Don’t you know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”
17 But he who unites himself with the Lord is one with Him in spirit.
18 Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a man can commit is outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.
19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
20 you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body and with your spirit, which belong to God.

9 ¶ Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
12 ¶ All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body [is] not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
14 And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make [them] the members of an harlot? God forbid.
16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

7 It is already a fault among you, that ye reason one with another. Why would ye not rather be wronged? Why do ye not rather take advantage of one another?

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither the harlots, nor the idolaters, nor the adulterers, nor the wimps, nor the abusers of children.
10 Nor the thieves, nor the covetous, nor the drunkards, nor the blasphemers, nor the robbers, shall inherit the kingdom of GOD.
11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, ye are sanctified, ye are justified by the name of JESUS the LORD, and by the Spirit of our GOD.
12 I have all power; but all is not good. I have all the power, but nothing shall take me captive.
13 The meat of the incense, and the belly of the meat: but God shall put to death both such and such. And the body not to fornication, but to the LORD; and the LORD to the body.
14 But God hath raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power.
15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them whores' members? Far be it from me!
16 Or know ye not, that he that cleaveth to the harlot is one body with her? For they shall be two in one flesh, saith he.
