Psalms 99

1 The LORD reigns; let the nations tremble! He is enthroned above the cherubim; let the earth quake!

2 Great is the LORD in Zion; He is exalted above all the peoples.

3 Let them praise Your great and awesome name—He is holy!

4 The mighty King loves justice. You have established equity; You have exercised justice and righteousness in Jacob.

5 Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His footstool; He is holy!

6 Moses and Aaron were among His priests; Samuel was among those who called on His name. They called to the LORD and He answered.

7 He spoke to them from the pillar of cloud; they kept His decrees and the statutes He gave them.

8 O LORD our God, You answered them. You were a forgiving God to them, yet an avenger of their misdeeds.

9 Exalt the LORD our God and worship at His holy mountain, for the LORD our God is holy.

2 The LORD [is] great in Zion; and he [is] high above all the people.

3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name; [for] it [is] holy.

4 The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

5 Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; [for] he [is] holy.

6 ¶ Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.

7 He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance [that] he gave them.

8 Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.

9 Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God [is] holy.

1 The LORD is king, therefore the nations rage: he sitteth upon cherubims, therefore the world stirs.

2 The LORD is great in Zion, and high above all nations.

3 thanks be unto thy great and marvellous name, which is holy.

4 In the kingdom of this king is justice loved. Thou givest godliness; thou establishest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

5 Exalt the LORD our God, worship at his footstool: for he is holy.

6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name: they cried unto the LORD, and he hearkened unto them.

7 He spake unto them by a pillar of cloud. They kept his testimonies and commandments which he gave them.

8 O LORD, thou art our God, thou hast heard them; thou, O God, hast forgiven them, and hast punished their doings:

9 Exalt the LORD our God, and worship in his holy mountain: for the LORD our God is holy:
